This policy explains the current data practices for casaiprasannakumar.com and the public tools at app.casaiprasannakumar.com — the Cash Health Calculator and the Financial Health Check. It does not cover the separate invitation-only client portal (see section 8).
1. Calculator and health-check figures
The Cash Health Calculator temporarily processes the amounts and assumptions you enter to create your cash-plan result. It is not intentionally saved to its database, file storage, cookies, or browser storage. The Financial Health Check works the same way: your answers generate an immediate score and are not retained unless you separately choose to request a CA review. Please do not enter passwords, PAN details, Aadhaar details, GST credentials, bank statements, card details, bank account numbers, or any information you do not wish to share.
2. Information you choose to send
If you contact us through email, WhatsApp, a booking form, or another channel, you may voluntarily provide your name, business information, contact details, and message. If you request a CA review from the Financial Health Check, we also store a summary score and band alongside your contact details, so we can prepare for the review call. We use this information to respond to your request and provide the services you ask for.
3. Technical information and security
Our hosting and security systems may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, access time, and error or security logs to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the website. We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS where available, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
4. Sharing and external services
We do not sell calculator figures or contact information. Technical service providers may process information only where needed to host, secure, or operate the site. Links to services such as WhatsApp are governed by the privacy practices of those services.
5. Cookies and similar technology
These tools may use strictly necessary technical cookies or session protections for security and safe operation. They are not designed to place calculator figures or health-check answers in cookies or browser storage. Read our Cookie Policy for details.
6. Retention
We keep voluntarily submitted information, such as a review-call request and its summary score, only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and provide the services you ask for, or as required by applicable law.
7. Your choices and updates
You can contact us to ask questions about, or request access to, correction of, or deletion of, information you have voluntarily submitted. We may update this policy when the site or its practices change; the effective date will be updated on this page.
8. Private client portal
This policy mainly covers casaiprasannakumar.com and the public tools. Data submitted to the invitation-only CASA FP&A client portal — including uploaded financial files and forecasts — is handled under the applicable client engagement, portal, and confidentiality arrangements agreed with that client, not under this public policy.
