How this pilot handles information

Information collected

The free Financial Health Check uses the answers you submit to generate an immediate result. Those answers are not retained unless you separately request a CA review. A review request may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, consent, and summary score.

Use of information

CASA uses submitted contact information to respond to a requested business review, provide requested services, operate the client portal, protect the service, and meet applicable professional or legal obligations.

Client portal data

Detailed financial files are accepted only from invited clients. Access is restricted by user role and company. Do not upload passwords, bank-login credentials, PAN copies, or GST portal credentials through the tool.

Retention and contact

Set your final retention period, contact address, and grievance/contact process before launch. Clients may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, subject to record-keeping obligations.
